“विधिक भाषा” (Legal Language) विषय अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है, क्योंकि यह विधि के विद्यार्थियों को कानून की भाषा को समझने, व्याख्या करने और प्रभावी रूप से प्रस्तुत करने की क्षमता प्रदान करता है।
विधिक भाषा के अंतर्गत छात्रों को न्यायालयों में प्रयुक्त औपचारिक भाषा, विधिक शब्दावली (legal terminology) तथा विभिन्न प्रकार के विधिक दस्तावेजों जैसे वादपत्र (plaint), लिखित बयान (written statement), अनुबंध (contract) आदि की संरचना से परिचित कराया जाता है।
Paragraph-1.
This Agreement is entered into by and between the parties on the date specified herein and shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
Hindi Translation:
यह समझौता यहां निर्दिष्ट तिथि पर पक्षकारों के बीच किया गया है और इसमें उल्लिखित प्रावधानों के अनुसार समाप्त किए जाने तक पूर्ण रूप से प्रभावी रहेगा।

Paragraph-2.
Each party represents and warrants that it has the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder without any restriction or limitation.
Hindi Translation:
प्रत्येक पक्ष यह घोषित और आश्वस्त करता है कि उसके पास इस समझौते में प्रवेश करने और इसके अंतर्गत अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करने के लिए विधिक क्षमता और अधिकार है, तथा इस पर कोई प्रतिबंध या सीमा नहीं है।

Paragraph-3.
All notices, requests, and communications under this Agreement shall be made in writing and shall be deemed duly delivered when sent to the addresses specified by the parties.
Hindi Translation:
इस समझौते के अंतर्गत सभी सूचनाएं, अनुरोध और संचार लिखित रूप में किए जाएंगे और पक्षकारों द्वारा निर्दिष्ट पतों पर भेजे जाने पर विधिवत प्रदान किए गए माने जाएंगे।

Paragraph-4.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or governmental actions.
Hindi Translation:
यदि किसी पक्ष के दायित्वों के निर्वहन में विफलता या देरी उसके उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की घटनाओं, जैसे प्राकृतिक आपदा, युद्ध या सरकारी कार्रवाई के कारण होती है, तो वह इसके लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

Paragraph-5.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
Hindi Translation:
यह समझौता पक्षकारों के बीच पूर्ण समझ को दर्शाता है और इस विषय से संबंधित सभी पूर्व चर्चाओं, वार्ताओं या समझौतों, चाहे वे लिखित हों या मौखिक, को प्रतिस्थापित करता है।
विधिक भाषा का अध्ययन
विधिक भाषा का अध्ययन केवल शब्दों को समझने तक सीमित नहीं होता, बल्कि इसमें भाषा की सटीकता, स्पष्टता और औपचारिकता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाता है। कानून की भाषा सामान्य भाषा से भिन्न होती है, क्योंकि इसमें प्रत्येक शब्द का विशेष और निश्चित अर्थ होता है।
इस विषय के माध्यम से छात्र यह सीखते हैं कि किस प्रकार कानूनी प्रावधानों, न्यायिक निर्णयों और अधिनियमों (Acts) की सही व्याख्या की जाए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की गलतफहमी या विवाद की स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो।
