SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2023
As per the changed SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2023, there will be two different stages which a candidate needs to clear in order to get selected for various posts in government offices.
SSC CHSL Tier I Exam is an Objective MCQ Based Online Question Paper
- The Tier 2 exam consists of the following three sections each consisting of two modules.
- Tier - I Objective Multiple Choice Computer Based (Online)
- Tier - II Tier - II will consist of the following three sections consisting of two modules each computer based (online)
SSC CHSL Tier-I Exam Pattern
- Please note that the total duration of Tier-I is 60 minutes. However, this duration is extended to 80 minutes for PWD candidates.
- There is a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer.
- There will be 4 subjects with 100 questions (objective type) and each question will be of 2 marks.
- Exam Duration- 60 minutes (80 minutes for PWD candidates)

SSC CHSL Tier-II Exam Pattern
SSC has revised the SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Pattern and the details of the new pattern are given below-
Tier-II will consist of the following three sections consisting of two modules each:
Section -I
Module-I: Mathematical Abilities and Module-II: Reasoning & General Intelligence.
Section -2
Module-I: English Language & Comprehension and Module-II: General Awareness
Section-3:
Module-I: Computer Knowledge Test & Module-II: Skill Test or Typing Test
